After setting up a meeting that evening to do the bio part of her assignment, she leaves, and Scotty asks if Tatia has been getting to Kelly. His simple response, “I don't know” seems pregnant with meaning.
|
“I got one letter downstairs. For you. From my mother, “ says Scotty irritably as he comes into the hotel room. “You don't mind if I read it,do you,” he adds. “No, why don't you open it up and read it,” replies Kelly after Scotty has already torn the letter open.
Obviously a little worried about Tatia, Scotty asks Kelly if he'll be out late, and he replies,” you get one letter from Mom, and you're starting to sound like her.”
“I've got a strange feeling about that chick,” Scotty says worriedly as Kelly looks at the letter. “That makes two of us,” Kelly replies, obviously enchanted with Tatia.

Scotty goes to take a shower, and tells Johnny, “I know a place over on the Ginza that serves seaweed, tastes just like calad greens.” Johnny asks him if they have tamales, and Scotty replies, “yeah, but they taste like raw fish.”
|
Scotty sings in the shower, and Johnny calls out to him, asking the name of the girl Kelly left with. Moments later, Scotty comes into the living room to find Johnny dead. Beside him are the photos of the three dead or missing agents. All credited to Tatia Loring.
